About the Plan

The City of Guadalupe is developing its first comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. The purpose of the plan is to direct the enhancement and development of bicycle and pedestrian facilities and programs in Guadalupe for both transportation and recreation. The plan is intended to encourage and increase bicycling and walking in Guadalupe by making them more safe, convenient, and enjoyable.

The plan will be prepared in English and Spanish. Development of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan is being funded through an Environmental Justice and Community-Based Transportation Planning grant administered through the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
